Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Systems Analyst to join our IT this role you will act as a strategic partner to business stakeholders leading the analysis design and implementation of complex IT systems and solutions. You will provide technical leadership mentor junior analysts and ensure that IT solutions align with business objectives enhance operational efficiency and drive innovation.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Information Systems Computer Science or related field. Advanced degree preferred.

7 years of experience in systems analysis or related roles with a proven track record in complex system projects.

Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) system architecture and business process modeling.

Hands-on experience with databases (SQL Oracle) enterprise applications and system integration.

Proficiency in requirement gathering workflow analysis and technical documentation.

Excellent analytical problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Strong leadership mentoring and stakeholder management abilities.

Knowledge of Agile methodologies project management tools and IT governance frameworks.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
