Our client a leading Irish construction company with over 70 years of industry experience is seeking an Estimating Administrator to join their head office team in Dublin. Recognised as one of Irelands top building contractors the company delivers high-quality projects across residential commercial pharmaceutical industrial and education sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and coordination support to the estimating team
Organise and manage tender documentation drawings and pricing schedules
Liaise with project teams subcontractors and suppliers to gather required information
Maintain estimating databases and ensure document accuracy
Assist with tender submissions and bid documentation
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience within a construction or estimating environment
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating systems beneficial
