The primary purpose of this role is to support our HR and TA operations by ensuring consistent and efficient processes.
Responsibilities:
The responsibilities of the HR Operations Assistant role are diverse and dynamic. They will include providing timely personalized and quality support for our talent acquisition team. The role also involves contributing to consistent process application by sharing knowledge and collaborating with peers.
Additionally the HR Operations Assistant will:
Conduct activities to ensure data accuracy and compliance with established processes complete administrative duties to support the full recruitment cycle and support the talent acquisition team such as:
Generating reports
Updating database and tracker
Filing of documents
Checking of pre-employment requirements
Screening of applications (CV review)
Posting of job advertisements
Amend records following established guidelines to ensure accuracy data integrity and legal compliance maintain a customer-centric focus to ensure the satisfaction of candidates hiring managers and stakeholders
Work on other administrative activities that may be assigned
Requirements:
The necessary work experience for this role includes relevant work experience while the preferred work experience includes proficiency in administrative and clerical procedures particularly in a recruitment setting familiarity with Microsoft Office tools like Word Excel and PowerPoint; must be detail-oriented to ensure accuracy of work and have strong organizational skills for managing schedules prioritizing tasks and maintaining files and records.
The necessary qualifications for this role include a tertiary degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
