We are a multidisciplinary multiplication and telehealth clinic in the state of California. We are located in the beautiful cities of Valencia Westlake Village and Torrance. We are blessed to work with mid to high-income populations where you can focus on the clinical work in a friendly environment and a beautiful clinic.
Our dedicated providers are committed to serving our patients with the leading highest quality services under one roof for our patients convenience. Our Administrative Assistant is responsible for managing the scheduling of patient appointments and verifying patient insurance eligibility and benefit coverage while providing excellent customer service and administrative support.

Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
- Verification of insurance eligibility experience is required
- Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar) in a healthcare environment
- Excellent phone email and instant messaging communication skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Solid organizational skills
- Knowledge of electronic health records
- Have customer service and sales experience
- English speaking preferred
- 2 years of experience
Rate:
$3.00 per hour full-time
Benefits:
- Performance based Raise of pay
- Additional $10.00 per month for internet allowance assistance after 90 days
