Job Summary
Employment Type: Full-Time Employment
Work Setup: Onsite onboarding for 24 weeks followed by a transition to a work-from-home setup.
Work Schedule: Night Shift (Following U.S. Pacific Time Zone)
Location: Eastwood Libis Quezon City
Salary Package: 35000 PHP to 50000 PHP/Monthly
Primary Responsibilities
- Produce structural drawings details and specifications in compliance with IBC ASCE 07 AISC and ACI requirements
- Perform gravity and lateral load calculations for residential and small commercial structures
- Develop structural details for steel and reinforced concrete connections and joints
- Review and validate own work and peer deliverables for accuracy constructability and code compliance
- Optimize structural systems to meet performance constructability and project constraints
- Coordinate directly with U.S.-based project design leads and clients regarding technical design requirements
- Identify design conflicts troubleshoot deficiencies and implement compliant engineering solutions
- Conduct jurisdiction-specific building code research as required by project location
Technical Qualifications
- Proficiency in structural analysis and design
- Advanced drafting capability using Autodesk AutoCAD (required)
- Working knowledge of ASCE AISC ASTM IBC and ACI standards
- Familiarity with Forte Web Structural Software and Enercal (preferred not required)
- Experience in residential wood construction commercial and retail structural design
- Knowledge of plumbing design and pipe sizing is an advantage
Work Requirements
- Ability to work full-time on a night shift supporting U.S. operations
- Strong technical communication skills and ability to align scope effort level and quality expectations through brief coordination calls
- Proven ability to meet project schedules and deliver high-quality structural documentation
