Job Summary

This is a remote position.

We are a U.S.-based home improvement company specializing in residential upgrades such as roofing windows siding solar and remodeling projects.

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Home Improvement Project Operations & Production Coordinator to manage projects from sale through completion.

This role is responsible for overseeing the full production lifecyclecoordinating subcontractors tracking project progress managing invoicing and collections and ensuring every project is properly documented billed and closed out. This position is ideal for someone who understands operational flow revenue protection and project accountability in a high-volume home improvement environment.

Work Schedule: Aligned with U.S. Pacific Time business hours
Employment Type: Full-Time (4050 hours per week)



Requirements

  • Philippines-based and able to work fully remote

  • Strong experience with QuickBooks Online (job costing preferred)

  • Experience managing projects invoicing and subcontractor coordination

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail

  • Excellent written English and professional communication skills

  • Comfortable enforcing processes approvals and payment collection

  • Ability to manage multiple active projects independently

    Requirements Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant Customer Support Specialist or Project Coordinator Strong written and verbal English communication skills Comfortable making and receiving client calls Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Tech-savvy and adaptable; able to learn new tools quickly Familiarity with Monday CRM or similar project management tools (preferred) Previous experience with US-based clients (preferred)
