Rehabilitation Manager PT, SLP or OT (Home Health)

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a Rehabilitation Manager (SLP PT or OT required) for our Towson MDMedicare Certified home health office. This office provides best-in-class care to adult and geriatric clients.

Responsibilities for a Rehabilitation Manager:

• Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
• Supervise a team of field clinicians.
• Facilitate new hire orientation and training the new clinicians.
• Coordinate and/or deliver in-services for field staff.

Qualifications for a Rehabilitation Manager:

• Speech Therapist Physical Therapist or Occupational Therapist required.
• Supervisory experience.
• • Home Health & Oasis field experience is required
