Job Summary
LICENSED PHYSICAL THERAPIST is responsible for the delivery of skilled patient care in a safe and timely manner to all of those referred for services. The Physical Therapist understands and adheres to all hospital and departmental policies and procedures as well as complying with the New Hampshire Physical Therapy Practice Act (Section 328-A:2).
Monday - Friday on-site hospital outpatient clinic with 2 weekend days inpatient (Saturdays) during contract period.
NO LOCALS. Proof of residence greater than 50 miles from facility REQUIRED
Requirement description :
- Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited school REQUIRED
- Bachelors of Science REQUIRED
- 3 years previous Physical Therapy experience REQUIRED
- New Hampshire license REQUIRED
