Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager for Valeo Home Health and Hospice to join our team in the United States. Based in your local area you will play a vital role in expanding our reach and strengthening our presence in the home health and hospice industry by leading our sales efforts and building meaningful relationships with healthcare providers.
Position Summary
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for leading strategic sales initiatives and driving census growth across a de ned territory in Utah. This role manages a team of sales professionals cultivates referral relationships and leverages Trella Healths Marketscape CRM to identify opportunities track performance and optimize outreach. The ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of the post-acute care landscape strong leadership skills and a passion for mission-driven growth.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and implement regional sales plans to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly growth targets.
Use Trella Healths Marketscape CRM to analyze referral patterns identify high-potential accounts and track sales activity.
Expand referral networks by building relationships with hospitals SNFs physicians and community partners.
Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategy.
Team Leadership
Recruit train and manage a team of sales representatives and liaisons across multiple branch locations.
Conduct joint eld visits provide coaching and lead performance reviews.
Set clear KPIs and hold team members accountable for results.
Relationship Management
Serve as a liaison between referral sources and clinical operations to ensure smooth transitions and high satisfaction.
Represent the agency at community events professional associations and networking opportunities.
Reporting & Compliance
Track and report on sales metrics referral trends and market share using Trella Healths CRM tools.
Ensure all sales activities comply with federal and state regulations including the Anti-Kickback Statute and Stark Law.
Collaborate with compliance and legal teams to maintain ethical marketing practices.
Quali cations Education & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing Healthcare Administration or related eld required.
Minimum 3 5 years of healthcare sales experience with at least 2 years in home health hospice or post-acute care.
Prior experience managing a multi-site or regional sales team strongly preferred.
Pro ciency with Trella Healths Marketscape CRM or similar healthcare CRM platforms is highly desirable.
Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership coaching and team-building abilities.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
Deep understanding of the Utah healthcare market and referral landscape.
Pro ciency in Microsoft Office Suite and Trellas CRM systems.
Ability to travel regionally up to 75%.
Physical Requirements
Ability to sit stand and drive for extended periods.
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
Regular use of phone computer and presentation tools.
