Job Summary

The Opportunity: 
The US Allocation Team part of the Global Supply Chain organization is seeking an Associate Allocation Analyst to join the team.  This role will be based in El Segundo CA and reports to the Allocation Planning Manager.
The individual will be responsible for day-to-day duties which include Allocation analysis managing inventory daily releasing of product based on customer orders weekly replenishment Promotions Promotional builds and Management priorities.

What Your Impact Will Be: 

  • Create and maintain allocation plan based upon product availability vs. sales forecast customer promotions Management commitments Marketing strategies Planogram requirements product usages and weekly replenishment.
  • Review Daily Order Reports on Critical items for releasing based on availability projection Promo Assembly needs and order priorities
  • Coordinate with Visual Merchandising Prepack Team and Promo Assembly on product availability for customized Pallets and other Promotional builds
  • Assist Customer Service in resolution of customer challenges related to filling the accounts orders and next availability of product.
  • Inventory balancing across all Distribution Centers
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and manage product allocations

Qualifications :

What Were Looking For: 

  • Demonstrated a growth mindset by staying curious and continuously learning embracing challenges and improving themselves.
  • Experience: 13 years of relevant experience in Planning Allocation Customer Service or Forecasting ideally within a consumer goods retail or toy industry environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across multiple departments including Sales Planning Logistics and Customer Service.
  • A strong team player who thrives in a collaborative environment contributes to collective problem-solving and demonstrates flexibility in response to evolving business needs.
  • Skilled at fostering positive partnerships with cross-functional teams to drive operational alignment.
