Job Summary
- Assist the business operations team with annual planning activities.
- Develop and maintain reports/dashboards.
- Find innovative resolutions that will provide insights into the health of the business.
- Work on strategic projects.
- Work cross functionally to structure problems synthesize data and turn it into meaning insights and drive solutions. and actionable recommendations through a rigorous data driven process.
- Provide support for day-to-day operational activities.
- Any relevant ad-hoc duties as they arise
Qualifications :
- Current enrollment in a full-time bachelors program in Computer Science or a related discipline at an accredited university.
- Graduating December 2026 or later.
- Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes decision-making or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools automating workflows analyzing AI-driven insights or exploring AIs potential impact on the function or industry.
- Demonstrated relevant experiences from previous internship and/or academic or personal projects.
- High level of creativity and quick problem-solving capabilities.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Self-motivated and strong desire to learn who thrives and can mutli-task in fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Effective communicator ability to convey complex ideas in clear and concise manner.
- Have a passion for numbers analytical mindset and great attention to detail.
- Strong MS Excel skills and Tableau.
- Ability to script excel Python and other programming skills will be a plus.
For positions in this location we offer a base pay of $40.87/hr plus equity (when applicable) variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications skill level competencies and work location. We also offer health plans including flexible spending accounts a 401(k) Plan with company match ESPP matching donations a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
