Job Summary

A busy architectural firm located in King of Prussia PA is seeking a Project Architect to join their team. The ideal candidate will be a mid-level project architect licensed 10-15 years experience. Must be able to develop plan sketches develop CDs coordinate with MEP engineers work with our Director of Operations for meeting QA/QC requirements and delivering project on schedule; submit permit documents and monitor progress weekly; issue bid documents evaluate bids and present to client; and perform mostly in-office construction phase services working closely with the contractor and clinic staff thru to project completion. Must be very good communicator to report project status to the client and to coordinate with other staff highly organized assertive; healthcare experience helpful; AutoCAD skills necessary Revit skills a benefit. Projects are physical therapy clinics for a demanding national client. Salary range $90K to $115K.
