Position Overview:
The Business Analyst Intern is responsible for ensuring the right information is available to the development team in the right level in detail at the right time so they can build the right product.Responsibilities:

Must be able to
- Communicate in a clear concise and professional manner (both written and verbally)
- Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to analyze user requirements procedures and problems to establish backlog item readiness
- Interview stakeholders subject matter experts and technical leads to elicit document and negotiate requirements
- Translate business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
- Work collaboratively as an agile team member or part of a project team
- Support the organization and tracking of user acceptance testing efforts on features and projects
- Awareness of architectural concepts in relation to the product
- Participate in the business analysis community of practice
- Light project management duties on smaller efforts
- Participate in post-release systems validations efforts

Required Knowledge Skills and Experience
Minimum/Essential Qualifications:
- Good organizational and multitasking skills
- Understanding of basics of project management
- Understanding of software development lifecycles
- Demonstrate basic understanding of common agile practices
- Relate well to others; be detail-oriented and exhibit analytical thinking skills
- Willingness to learn new methods of analysis and documentation
Physical Requirements:
Generally spend the workday sitting at a workstation and operating computer devices such as but not limited to keyboard mouse and screen
Generally spend the workday performing repetitive motions that involve or affect the hands head and other parts of your body
Compensation:
The base pay range for this position is:
$26.50to
$36.50Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future. The employer does not offer immigration sponsorship for this opportunity.
Many factors influence the determination of base pay within a range including the candidates work experience in related roles; the candidates knowledge skills capabilities and performance; the relative pay of other DigiKey employees in similar roles; and the budget available for the position.
