Job Summary

We are seeking a creative UI/UX Designer to design visually appealing user-friendly interfaces for a SaaS-based recruitment platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of aesthetics layout and usability and will collaborate with product and development teams to deliver intuitive consistent experiences across web and mobile.

Key Responsibilities :

Design intuitive layouts navigation flows and interactive user interfaces.
Convert functional requirements and user stories into visual wireframes and mockups.
Develop and maintain design systems components and UI style guides.
Create clickable prototypes and iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback.
Ensure responsiveness and usability across devices and platforms.
Conduct user research competitor analysis and heuristic evaluations.
Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs.
Participate in usability testing and refine designs to improve experience and engagement.

Desired Candidate Profile :

1 -3 years of experience in UI and UX design (preferably for SaaS or web applications).
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and information architecture.
Ability to translate wireframes and prototypes into clean functional designs.
Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design techniques.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge is a plus.
Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and color sense.
Strong communication and team collaboration skills.
