Job Summary

Job Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and business goals.
Conduct user research including interviews surveys and usability testing to gain insights into user behavior and preferences.
Create user personas user flows wireframes and prototypes to visualize and communicate design concepts.
Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces that enhance usability and delight users.
Apply principles of information architecture interaction design and visual design to create seamless and engaging user experiences.
Iterate on designs based on user feedback data analysis and usability testing results.
Work closely with developers to ensure the implementation aligns with the intended user experience.
Contribute to UX guidelines and design systems to maintain consistency across products/services.
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Desired candidate profile:

Bachelor's degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects.
Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch Figma or Adobe XD.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
Knowledge of information architecture interaction design and visual design principles.
Familiarity with usability testing techniques and data analysis.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
A passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
