About the Opportunity:
Northwest Talent Solutions LLC is recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing nationally recognized leader in the commercial building materials industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the most respected and innovation-driven sales teams in the field.
As the Sales Territory Manager you will be the face of our clients brand driving new business growth strengthening relationships with key design and construction partners and positioning the organization as a preferred solutions provider across your multi-state territory.
This is an ideal role for a high-energy relationship-driven sales professional who thrives on autonomy collaboration and delivering high-impact results.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and expand sales territory covering Idaho Montana Wyoming and Alaska maintaining a consistent travel cadence to build and sustain relationships.

Partner with architecture and interior design firms contractors and facility end-users to specify and promote commercial building products.

Conduct dynamic product presentations and educational sessions positioning yourself as a trusted industry advisor.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities through consultative selling and market insight.
-
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing operations and leadership teams to meet and exceed sales targets.

Maintain detailed CRM and territory activity reporting for strategic forecasting and pipeline visibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelors degree (preferred) in Business Marketing Architecture or related field.
-
37 years of successful outside sales experience within building materials construction products or commercial interiors.
-
Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and develop strong relationships with architects designers contractors and facility managers.
-
Comfortable presenting to large audiences; excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-
Self-starter who thrives in a remote environment and enjoys travel (up to 5070%).

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
