Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm

What you bring to SBHG:
- High School diploma or equivalent (e.g. GED HiSET etc.) required.
- One (1) year of general office experience is preferred.
- One (1) year in an inpatient or outpatient medical setting with clerical experience in opening and closing medical records AND/OR front-office receptionist experience preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English preferred.
How you will make a difference:
- Enters client information reviews documents for completion/errors and scans into Electronic Medical Records program.
- Manages the completion of documents and maintains system to ensure completion of required documents.
- Audit submitted packets and reports new and corrected errors for tracking on program Document Tracking.
- Order and maintain office supplies including copy machines.
- Perform audits on all documents that have been scanned into the client EMR and maintain report of errors missing documents etc. for correction.
- Answers all incoming telephone calls directing them appropriately obtain updated phone numbers for appropriate staff and take messages and/or provides messages through to voice mail for absent staff.
- Provides front office coverage for other Community Services staff & programs as assigned.
