Job Description

Defend healthcare providers and related clients in medical malpractice and healthcare litigation matters
Draft pleadings motions discovery and case strategy materials
Take and defend depositions and help prepare witnesses and experts
Support hearings mediations and trial preparation in state and federal courts
Communicate with clients carriers and co counsel in a professional responsive way
Manage deadlines and case details with strong organization and follow through

Qualifications

JD required
Admitted in Virginia (or ability to obtain admission promptly)
1 year of medical malpractice experience (plaintiff or defense)
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Confident communicator with solid client service instincts
