Job Summary
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Route Freight deliveries.
Get quotes from Freight Lines
Invoice / Bill Matching Daily
Communicate via Phone and email.
Enter information into the AS400
Run weekly monthly and yearly reports
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
Order and maintain materials for the Traffic Department.
Must provide leadership to others through example and sharing of knowledge and skill.
Other duties as instructed by the Department Manager
REQUIREMENTS (including educational and physical requirements)
Computer skills including Windows 8 Excel Microsoft Word Lotus Notes and AS 400
High School or GED with excellent math skills.
Excellent organizational skills
Must be able to read analyze and interpret information.
Must be able to set priorities in a fast pace environment.
Past experience in an office setting
Ability to communicate well and work in a team environment.
Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
