Job Description:
- Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain Cartrack projects
- Document technical procedures user manuals and FAQs
- Provide technical support for any device-related matters or issue (device fuel firmware and functionality issues raised by customers)
- Create price codes as part of the vehicle information capture process for new and existing customers
- Conduct post-fitment checks for newly installed Cartrack products on customer vehicles to:
- ensure standard procedures are adhered to by the fitters
- all the functions that the customer had subscribed to are working.
- Create post-fitment related incident reports and provide necessary recommendations as needed for customers
- Continuously update technical knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor in Computer/Electronic Engineering/Telecommunication/Automotive Engineering or related discipline
- Entry levels are welcome to apply
- Proficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queries
- Must have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasm
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work outside regular business hours as required
