Job Title: Sales Manager Lubricants & Grease (International Markets)
Work Location: UAE or as per Company requirements
Employment Type: Full-Time
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
- Identify develop and manage distributors agents and direct customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct market analysis to understand competition pricing and customer requirements.
- Prepare business proposals quotations and promotional materials for clients.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through regular communication and visits.
- Participate in trade fairs exhibitions and customer meetings as required.
- Monitor receivables ensure timely payments and coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
- Submit regular sales reports and market feedback to management.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in lubricants and grease sales & marketing (industrial or automotive).
- Strong understanding of international trade export documentation and regional market trends.
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in local languages of the assigned region is a strong advantage.
- Ability to work independently and travel internationally when required.
- Self-motivated target-driven and adaptable to multicultural environments.
Work Mode
- Either from UAE office or India Office (Mumbai) Candidate must be flexible to travel and stay in different countries as per business requirements.
