Job Summary
Designation : Technical Delivery Manager
Responsibilites:
- Analyze business processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design end-to-end RPA solutions aligned with client requirements and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead solution design sessions and define best practices for bot architecture reusability exception handling logging and security.
- Evaluate and select appropriate RPA tools components and frameworks.
- Ensure solution scalability and performance optimization.
- Review and approve solution design documents (PDD SDD TDD).
- Own the successful delivery of RPA projects from initiation to post-deployment support.
- Define and manage project scope schedules milestones and deliverables.
- Allocate and manage development resources across multiple concurrent projects.
- Conduct risk management issue resolution and change control processes.
- Coordinate with business SMEs IT and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
- Track progress and report project status to internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements on RPA projects.
- Lead and mentor development teams ensuring adherence to coding standards and delivery timelines.
- Provide technical leadership and coaching to junior developers and business analysts.
- Facilitate client workshops requirements gathering sessions and process walk-throughs.
