Property Manager Crawley
Salary 28k to 32k bonus and commission incentives
Monday to Friday only

We are looking for an experienced Property Manager to join a respected and growing estate agency in Crawley. This is a permanent Monday to Friday role with no weekend work.

The role
Managing a portfolio of residential rental properties
Liaising with landlords tenants and contractors to ensure smooth day to day management
Organising maintenance compliance and safety checks
Carrying out routine inspections and producing clear reports
Delivering a professional service and spotting opportunities for renewals or additional revenue

About you
Minimum one to two years experience in residential property management
Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential
Confident organised and strong with communication and problem solving
ARLA qualified or working towards is a bonus
Motivated by service but also comfortable earning commission and incentives
