Responsibilities
- Liaise with Category Managers to raise orders in line with the agreed stock model.
- Place and process all import orders in the ERP system.
- Request review and approve duty and VAT quotations for each shipment.
- Coordinate with suppliers clearing agents and transport companies to ensure all import documentation is complete and compliant.
- Track all shipments from dispatch to delivery addressing any issues or delays.
- Record received stock accurately in the ERP system.
- Maintain and update import trackers and prepare weekly reports for the Sales and Logistics teams.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between all stakeholders in the supply chain
Key Skills:
- Solid understanding of customs clearance procedures shipping documentation and incoterms.
- Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g. SAP Sage or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities under pressure.
- Good analytical and reporting skills.
- Team player with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year experience in import/export administration or logistics coordination.
