The State of Michigan is looking for: Business Analyst 4 Max Bill Rate: -/hour Top Skills & Years of Experience: - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst including matrix management experience leading business technology and testing teams - 5 years of experience in scope & requirements management quality management and test management approaches and processes - Strong project management skills to help facilitate tasks execution status of each project area; escalate risk areas as needed; coordinate all project activities and provide expertise throughout the design development and implementation phases. Clear and concise written and verbal communication is crucial to success and productivity in this role. - Will close submissions on: 10/29/25 at 10am EST - Interview Process: Virtual Interviews via MS Teams video. Please use laptop and be prepared to share screen if asked. Multiple rounds are possible. - Duration: 1 year with desire for contractor to eventually convert to fulltime with SOMI. At the time of conversion candidate must be authorized to work in the US without VISA sponsorship by the State of Michigan. - Hybrid: Resource will be working a hybrid schedule (onsite 2-5 days/week at managers discretion).
