Why This Role Matters
Nilfisk is looking to introduce a Content Management System (CMS) to transform how we manage product and service documentation worldwide. This system will ensure consistency efficiency and compliance - and youll be at the heart of it.
As our CMS Implementation & Integration Specialist you will:
- Map the needs in Nilfisk to define and recommend a CMS set-up
- Lead the full CMS implementation from start to go-live.
- Transition into Product Owner role post-implementation to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with global teams like R&D Testing Compliance and Product Management.
- Define best practices and ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
What Youll Do
- Define implement and integrate the CMS platform across global operations.
- Develop and maintain system architecture and workflows for documentation (e.g. manuals certifications test reports).
- Ensure compliance with ISO audits and data governance requirements.
- Drive stakeholder alignment and define RACI for smooth adoption.
What Were Looking For
- Bachelors degree
- Proven experience in CMS implementation and system integration within international manufacturing environments
- Strong project management skills with Agile or hybrid methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to structure tasks and deliver results in a complex environment
- Proficiency in English
