Job Summary
Contract Type: Fixed Term 10 Weeks

What youll be doing
Youll take ownership of a small portfolio of projects that help Royal London:
- Create value for our customers
- Adapt to change and reduce risk
- Meet legal and regulatory requirements
- Improve efficiency and profitability
Youll collaborate across teams analyse data and bring fresh ideas to the table. At the end of the programme youll work with fellow interns to present a group project to our senior leadership team.
Who were looking for
- Ideally penultimate or final year students from any degree discipline
- Curious thinkers who challenge the status quo
- Motivated self-starters with a desire to learn and grow
- Strong communicators with great interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with IT and data and keen to develop further
- Able to manage multiple projects and solve problems creatively
Key dates & locations
- Start date: 15 June to 21 August 2026 (for 10 weeks)
- Locations: Edinburgh Manchester London (Asset Management placements only available in London)
- Assessment centres: January 2026
