- Lead programmatic media strategy and execution in partnership with internal trading teams and DSP partners ensuring alignment with broader media goals.
- Stay current on programmatic trends and technologies identifying opportunities to integrate innovative solutions into cross-channel plans.
- Build and maintain strong strategic relationships with media partners to drive impactful campaigns and innovative solutions.
- Identify and negotiate with key publishers to effectively reach target audiences leveraging your expertise to maximize value.
- Deliver regular updates and actionable insights to clients showcasing campaign results and offering recommendations for improvement.
- Mentor and support junior team members contributing to their growth and development within the field.

What Youll Bring
- 4 years in digital media strategy campaign management media partnerships or a related field with a bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in account planning and brand media enabling you to lead strategic and impactful media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with content creation supporting effective media operations and delivering compelling storytelling in partnership with media publishers.
- Ability to work on a cross-functional team to ensure cohesive 360-degree media strategies.
- Experience working with programmatic platforms and partners (e.g. DV360 The Trade Desk) with a solid understanding of audience segmentation real-time bidding and inventory curation.
- Ability to translate complex programmatic performance data into clear actionable insights that support client strategy and campaign evolution.
- A strong understanding of marketing metrics planning and analysis and market research and consumer behavior to drive data-informed strategies.
