Role Summary:
The ServiceNow Technical Lead directs all technical aspects of service management platform implementation and optimization. They provide architectural guidance technical leadership and hands-on oversight of the team implementing ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
Ensure best practices in configuration scripting workflows and integrations with enterprise systems.
Provide oversight of technical resources enforce coding standards and drive solution quality.
Collaborate with architects and process consultants to align solutions with future roadmap and scalability.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide resolution strategies.
