Role Summary:
The ServiceNow Technical Lead directs all technical aspects of service management platform implementation and optimization. They provide architectural guidance technical leadership and hands-on oversight of the team implementing ServiceNow solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design development and customization of ServiceNow modules to meet business requirements.
  • Ensure best practices in configuration scripting workflows and integrations with enterprise systems.
  • Provide oversight of technical resources enforce coding standards and drive solution quality.
  • Collaborate with architects and process consultants to align solutions with future roadmap and scalability.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and guide resolution strategies.
