Job Summary

Position: Lead Endpoint Engineer
Duration: 6 Month Contract to Hire
Location: Chicago IL (2 days onsite/3 days remotely)

Need to have heavy Jamf & Intune experience

Key Responsibilities
Hands-on Endpoint Engineering & Lifecycle Management:

Provide expert hands-on engineering support for all endpoints (Windows macOS Mobile) managing device lifecycle configuration and operational readiness.

Lead the initial setup and configuration (Standing up MDM) and execution of Mobile Device Management (MDM) deployment particularly using Intune.

Provide advanced high-level troubleshooting for complex endpoint issues.

MDM Implementation & Optimization:

Collaborate closely with existing technical teams on the implementation and optimization of Intune/MDM solutions working alongside legacy systems like SCCM where applicable.

Manage and maintain Apple devices using JAMF Pro.

Security & Vulnerability Management:

Actively hunt vulnerabilities from an endpoint perspective and efficiently plan and execute remediation efforts.

Utilize MS Defender and other security tools to maintain a strong security posture.

Leadership Coaching & Communication:

Lead and coach internal Endpoint Engineering team members driving best practices and technical growth
