Role Summary:
The Quality Assurance Lead ensures that deliverables meet functional and non-functional requirements through structured testing practices and defect management.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop QA strategy test plans and acceptance criteria.
Lead test execution for functional integration regression and performance testing.
Manage defect lifecycle and coordinate resolution with developers.
Ensure test artifacts are documented and reusable for future releases.
Work with stakeholders to validate readiness for production deployment.
