Role Summary:
The Program Manager provides overall leadership and strategic oversight for the implementation and delivery of the engagement. They are accountable for program governance delivery quality risk mitigation stakeholder communication budget management and coordination across technical and functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall engagement delivery ensuring alignment with project objectives and client priorities.
Establish and enforce governance processes performance metrics and reporting mechanisms.
Oversee cross-functional teams including technical leads architects and operational staff.
Serve as primary liaison with client stakeholders setting expectations and ensuring transparency.
Drive continuous improvement and risk management through proactive monitoring and mitigation.
Manage project financials schedules milestones and quality assurance.
