Job Summary

This is a remote position.

Schedule:

  • Part-time (20 hours per week)
  • Mon-Fri 9am-1pm EST
Client Timezone: Eastern Time (North Carolina)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage lead pipeline and support audience growth initiatives.

  • Conduct business development outreach to healthcare executives womens leadership organizations and entrepreneur groups.

  • Research and book podcast guests and speaking opportunities at conferences and workshops.

  • Create high-end graphics and marketing materials using Canva for LinkedIn webinar promotion.

  • Manage Meta ads and LinkedIn ads campaigns targeting luxury clientele.

  • Handle WordPress website management including SEO optimization and meta descriptions.

  • Organize and maintain digital assets including Dropbox folders headshots and Canva PDFs.

  • Manage ConvertKit email marketing campaigns and automation.

  • Post and schedule content on Instagram and Facebook for brand visibility.

  • Handle travel arrangements including hotel and flight bookings.

  • Take meeting minutes and conduct business research as needed.

  • Maintain organized systems using Airtable and other productivity tools.


Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an executive assistant working with C-level executives or entrepreneurs.

  • Strong marketing and social media background with portfolio examples.

  • Proficiency in Canva for high-quality graphic design.

  • WordPress experience a plus

  • Understanding of luxury branding and high-end client expectations.

  • Email outreach and business development skills.

  • Experience with ConvertKit Meta ads and LinkedIn advertising.

  • Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail.

  • Excellent written communication skills for professional correspondence.

  • Ability to work independently and anticipate needs rather than wait for instructions.

Scopes:

  • Part-time position: 20 hours per week (approximately 3-4 hours daily).

  • Hybrid role combining executive assistance marketing and business development.

  • Focus on luxury/high-end market segment.

  • Remote work arrangement with US Eastern Time zone coordination.

  • Opportunity for growth to full-time if business expands.
