Seasonal Temporary Contract to run until 31st December 2025
Location: Blackrock Dublin
Working Hours
Working hours are Monday to Sunday 8:30am 5:00pm.
You will work 5 days per week with your rota spread across 7 days and including required weekends.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to join our Ecommerce Operations Team. This is a fulfilment-focused role that involves picking packing and processing jewellery orders with precision and care. You will work in a secure fast-paced environment where attention to detail is crucial especially when handling delicate items. Accuracy and responsibility in fulfilling orders are key to ensuring a smooth customer experience.
What to expect from the role
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick and pack orders
- Perform quality checks on jewellery pieces before shipping to ensure they meet standards
- Process orders using warehouse management systems and fulfilment software
- Label and prepare parcels for courier dispatch adhering to packaging guidelines
- Monitor stock levels and report discrepancies or low inventory
- Assist in stock replenishment and regular inventory counts
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse environment
- Follow all health safety and security procedures particularly in handling valuable items
- Collaborate with Customer Service team
- Handle returns within company guidelines
- Any adhoc duties as requested by management
Key Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Good numeracy and literacy skills
- Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
- Prior experience in a fulfilment or warehouse role (preferred but not required)
- Physically fit and able to be on your feet for extended periods
