We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys in all phases of civil litigation from case inception through trial and appeal. The ideal candidate will have strong research drafting and case management skills with experience handling discovery filings and trial preparation in state and/or federal court.
This is a fully onsite position.
Salary: $65-80k/yr
Responsibilities:
- Draft proofread and file legal documents including pleadings motions discovery requests and correspondence in federal and state courts.
- Manage case files maintain document databases and organize evidence exhibits and deposition materials throughout the litigation process.
- Conduct legal and factual research summarize depositions and prepare case chronologies for attorney review.
- Assist with discovery responses prepare privilege logs and coordinate document production using litigation support platforms.
- Support trial preparation by organizing exhibits preparing witness binders and coordinating logistics for hearings mediations and depositions.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or Paralegal Certificate
- 3 years civil litigation experience
- Prior experience working for a civil law firm
