Job Description

Were seeking an applicant with experience in US Personal Injury or Workmans Compensation to support our legal team in handling plaintiff-side Personal Injury and Workmans Compensation cases from intake through resolution. Youll play a key role in keeping cases moving clients informed and attorneys prepared. You will do fulfilling work knowing you made a difference for those injured.

What you will do

Draft review and file pleadings motions discovery requests and other legal documents

Organize medical records bills and case documentation

Communicate with clients medical providers insurance companies and opposing counsel

Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries for attorney review

Assist attorneys in preparing for hearings depositions mediations and trials

Assist with settlement demands trial prep and case deadlines

Manage correspondence and ensure timely responses to inquiries

What were looking for

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in personal injury or workmans compensation at a US law firm

Strong knowledge of legal terminology procedures and case management practices

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with strong attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities with accuracy

Strong written and verbal communication abilities

Ability to work remotely independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Proactive reliable and client-centric mindset
