Litigation Associate Attorney
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney with 3 5 years of litigation experience to join our growing practice. This role offers hands-on exposure to meaningful litigation work in both State and Federal Courts with opportunities to develop courtroom skills take ownership of cases and work closely with experienced attorneys.
The ideal candidate has a genuine interest in litigation strong writing abilities and the desire to be part of a supportive and fast-paced legal team. While prior experience with courtroom appearances depositions discovery or dispositive motions is beneficial it is not required. Federal Court experience is a significant plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings motions and discovery responses
- Participate in depositions hearings and court proceedings as needed
- Conduct legal research and prepare written analyses
- Collaborate with supervising attorneys and legal staff on active cases
- Manage multiple assignments while meeting deadlines efficiently
Required Qualifications:
- 3 5 years of litigation experience
- Strong legal research writing and analytical skills
- Highly organized detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities
- Self-motivated with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Florida Bar license in good standing (required)
