A well-established law firm is seeking an Associate Litigation Attorney with 2 6 years of solid litigation experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated business and real estate litigation matters within a highly regarded firm environment.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented proactive and comfortable managing litigation responsibilities with increasing autonomy.

Key Responsibilities

Draft and edit pleadings motions briefs and written discovery
Prepare for and conduct depositions
Assist with trial preparation and courtroom proceedings
Collaborate with partners and senior attorneys on complex litigation matters

Qualifications

Business/real estate/commercial litigators with between 2 and 6 years experience
Experience drafting pleadings briefs and written discovery
Deposition and trial preparation experience preferred
Active California Bar admission (required)
