The Student Office Assistant will assist the office manager and the administrator with completing duties as assigned.
Tasks may include filing copying typing working with spreadsheets scanning and sorting documents creating and designing decorations organizing and restocking supplies and working with Canva and PowerPoint.
This position will also train others within the department on how to use equipment and programs and deliver & pickup mail or packages including boxes (50lbs) daily for the central office as well as fueling the department vehicles.

Must be able to perform the following with or without a reasonable accommodation:

- Deliver & pickup packages including boxes (50lbs).
- Move between campus buildings without a vehicle in any type of weather.
- Move about in various locations on campus as needed to complete day-to-day work.

- ALL required Hiring Paperwork must be completed and approved before you can begin working.
- After a candidate is hired they will receive two emails to their ISU email address from regarding Ethics and Crime Reporting Training. Both are mandatory training required by the State of Illinois. Failure to complete the training can result in disciplinary action by the State of Illinois. This email will be sent approximately 30 days after employment.
