About the Opportunities
This is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on the wellbeing of staff across NSW public schools and workplaces. As a Senior Staff Wellbeing Officer you will support the delivery of programs services and strategic initiatives that foster mentally healthy workplaces and proactively address psychosocial risks.
Working as part of the Health Safety and Staff Wellbeing Directorate you will play a key role in building capability across schools and corporate offices enabling improved wellbeing outcomes for all staff.
About the role
The Senior Staff Wellbeing Officer supports schools and workplaces to identify and manage psychosocial risks and implements wellbeing support initiatives across the Department. You will manage complex high-risk cases provide expert advice and drive strategies that enhance wellbeing at both the local and system level.

About you
Youre an experienced wellbeing or WHS professional with a strong understanding of psychosocial risk management and a passion for supporting mentally healthy workplaces. Youre a confident communicator effective collaborator and are comfortable working in a dynamic high-volume environment.
