Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Program Manager to lead and deliver cross-functional initiatives that align with our strategic business objectives. You will be at the forefront of driving collaboration between engineering product and business teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery of our program.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end program management for large-scale cross-functional initiatives from inception to delivery.
- Collaborate with engineering product and business stakeholders to define program scope goals and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans manage schedules and track progress against milestones.
- Identify and mitigate risks resolve issues and ensure timely delivery of programs.
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and leadership providing regular updates and status reports.
- Manage dependencies across multiple teams and ensure alignment on priorities and resources.
- Lead retrospective processes to capture learnings and improve future execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in computer science engineering or related field
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and experience with complex IT system integrations.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multi-disciplinary programs.
- Excellent communication organizational and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Preferred skills:
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in software engineering or IT systems delivery.
- Project Management certification (e.g. PMP PRINCE2 Agile Scrum Master) is highly desirable.
- 10 years of experience in project and program management ideally within technology-driven organisations.
