The Role:

As a Commercial Roofing Estimator you will play a key role in the pre-construction process - analyzing project specifications conducting detailed takeoffs and preparing accurate and competitive estimates for commercial and industrial roofing projects. Youll collaborate closely with project managers and senior leadership to ensure every bid aligns with company goals and client expectations.

A Day in the Life:

Review project drawings specifications and scopes of work to fully understand requirements.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for materials labor and equipment.
Conduct onsite inspections and roof measurements where required.
Collaborate with manufacturers and suppliers to source accurate pricing and specifications.
Support project managers in bid reviews budget analysis and client presentations.
Maintain relationships with existing clients and contribute to business development efforts.

What Youll Bring:

5 years experience in commercial roofing estimation.
Strong technical knowledge of roofing systems (TPO EPDM PVC metal etc.).
Experience using estimating software
Excellent attention to detail organization and communication skills.
Ability to read blueprints specifications and architectural drawings.
