Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Estimator located in Cranbury NJ. The primary responsibilities include preparing detailed cost estimates by analyzing blueprints specifications and project plans. Additional duties involve coordinating with vendors and subcontractors gathering cost data for materials labor and equipment and presenting comprehensive bids. The Estimator will play a vital role in ensuring projects are accurately priced and competitive while maintaining high-quality standards.

Qualifications

Proficiency in cost estimation budget planning and analyzing project specifications
Experience in construction project scheduling value engineering and pre-construction planning
Strong skills in project consulting blueprint interpretation and conceptual budgeting
Excellent communication organizational abilities and attention to detail
Comfortable working collaboratively with teams contractors and vendors
Proficiency with estimation software and tools
Previous experience in commercial retail or other relevant construction projects preferred
Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field is an asset
