Position: Part-Time/PRN Pediatric Physical Therapist
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part-time or PRN basis. This role is perfect for a licensed physical therapist who is passionate about working with children and families to promote developmental progress and improve functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients functional levels.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapy programs tailored to each childs needs.
- Provide home exercise programs (HEP) and train families on how to support their childs progress.
- Recommend durable medical equipment (DME) to support mobility and independence.
- Monitor and document patient progress in compliance with state regulations clinic policies and reimbursement standards.
- Collaborate with other team members and families to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to care.
- Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and physical therapy students as needed.
Qualifications
- Graduate degree from an accredited university (Masters or Doctorate in Physical Therapy).
- Active state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.
- Pediatric experience preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Continuing Education Units (CEUs) to maintain licensure as required by the state.
- Excellent interpersonal skills creativity and a genuine love of working with children.
