Job Description:
- Responsible for managing preparing administering and directing the control of budgets for various programs. Generate budgets forecast funding profiles and ensure adequate funding available and within negotiated positions.
- Monitor and control cost.
- Quarterly Estimate at Complete (EAC) updates as required by Sarbanes-Oxley Controls
- Internal and External Earned Value reporting
- Partner with Program Managers Control Account Managers and Customers to drive results and offer solutions
- Interface with various levels of management Program Office and functional departments to support programs
- Lead process improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
- To be eligible applicants must be pursuing a Masters or Bachelors Degree in Finance Accounting Economics Management Business Administration orhave completed their Bachelors degree within the last 12 months regardless of age.
Preferred Skills:
Proficiency with Excel and Microsoft Office
Knowledge of cost/schedule development budgeting financial analysis and reporting financial modeling corporate forecasting and/or business acquisitions
Familiarity with Contract Compliance and Negotiation
Experience with customer/management reporting
