Job Summary
Job Summary
- Support the growth of a skincare brand through marketing initiatives and campaign execution.
- Contribute to brand storytelling and day-to-day marketing operations.
- Stay up-to-date and apply knowledge of current skincare trends and consumer behavior.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with R&D Supply Chain and Sales to develop and market innovative products.
- Analyze data to support marketing decisions and measure campaign effectiveness.
- Work closely with beauty specialty retailers such as Sephora and Ulta.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and ideally Adobe Creative Suite Canva or Google Analytics for marketing tasks.
- Hybrid role based in NY with 2 days/week in-office standard 5-day workweek.
- Leverage strong communication organizational and time-management skills to execute marketing plans.
- Preferred: Ability to read (and ideally write/speak) Korean for a competitive advantage.
