Technical Project Manager

Specific Responsibilities and Daily Tasks

• Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects (initiation planning execution release).

• Define scope deliverables milestones and success criteria with engineering & product teams.

• Track project progress manage risks and ensure on-time and quality delivery.

• Facilitate SecOps meetings to address incidents risks compliance tasks and remediation tracking.

• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Development QA Data Product management.)

• Partner with security IT and engineering teams to integrate security initiatives into project roadmaps.

• Translate technical concepts (cloud APIs CI/CD architecture) into actionable project plans.

• Provide regular project updates and reports for technical teams and executive stakeholders.

• Anticipate delivery bottlenecks and proactively escalate issues.

• Drive continuous improvement in processes tools and collaboration across teams.

Knowledge & Educational Requirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science Engineering Information Systems or related field (or equivalent work experience).

• 4 years of project/program management experience in software development infrastructure or security.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycles (SDLC) Agile/Scrum and DevOps practices.

• Working knowledge of security operations compliance and risk frameworks is preferred.

• Certifications such as PMP CSM or SAFe are a plus but not mandatory.

• Strong ability to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Excellent organizational and project planning skills with attention to detail.

• Strong communication and presentation skills able to convey technical status to executives.

• Strong understanding of agile project management principles and practices and experience managing projects in an agile environment.

• Proven risk management and issue resolution capabilities.

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with project management tools (Jira Confluence MS Project or similar).

• Collaborative and team-oriented leadership style fostering trust across engineering and security teams.

• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment while meeting internal schedules and deadlines.
