The Ecommerce Project Manager (Systems & Integrations) is responsible for leading and delivering complex ecommerce and digital commerce initiatives across Techo-Blocs technology ecosystem. This role ensures that platforms tools and data work together seamlessly to support business operations customer experience and growth.
This individual acts as the orchestrator between business teams developers vendors and platforms translating business needs into clear technical plans and ensuring projects are delivered on time on budget and with long-term scalability in mind.
Ecommerce Project Delivery
- Lead end-to-end ecommerce and digital commerce projects from discovery through launch.
- Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously including website features backend systems and third-party tools.
- Define project scope timelines milestones dependencies and success metrics.
- Proactively identify risks and manage trade-offs to ensure successful delivery.
Systems & Integrations
- Understand document and optimize how systems interact across the ecommerce ecosystem including:
- Website & CMS
- Ecommerce platforms
- Merchandising systems
- CRM
- ERP
- PIM
- Analytics and tracking tools
- Map data flows system dependencies and ownership.
- Ensure integrations are scalable secure and aligned with business needs.
Technical Briefing & Development Orchestration
- Translate business requirements into clear technical briefs functional specifications and user stories.
- Brief and coordinate internal and external development teams.
- Align front-end back-end and integration workstreams.
- Ensure technical decisions support both immediate needs and long-term architecture.
Tool & Platform Selection
- Support the evaluation selection and implementation of ecommerce-related platforms and software.
- Partner with internal teams to assess solutions based on business fit scalability cost and technical compatibility.
- Manage vendor relationships during implementation phases.
- Ensure new tools are properly integrated documented and adopted.
Data Architecture & Quality
- Ensure ecommerce data is structured accurate and usable across systems.
- Collaborate with analytics CRM and operations teams to define data requirements.
- Ensure tracking tagging and data considerations are included in all project plans.
- Support reporting and insights through reliable data flows.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the central point of coordination between Marketing Ecommerce IT/Development Sales Operations and Analytics.
- Align stakeholders on priorities dependencies and timelines.
- Communicate progress risks and decisions clearly and consistently.
Process Governance & Documentation
- Establish and maintain ecommerce project management best practices.
- Ensure documentation exists for system architecture integrations and key decisions.
- Continuously improve how ecommerce projects are scoped approved and delivered.
Qualifications :
- 5 years of experience managing ecommerce digital or platform-focused projects.
- Strong understanding of ecommerce ecosystems system integrations and data flows.
- Experience briefing and coordinating development teams (internal or external).
- Proven experience implementing software platforms or digital tools.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical documentation.
- Excellent organizational communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with B2B or hybrid B2B/B2C ecommerce environments.
- Familiarity with CRM ERP PIM and analytics platforms.
- Experience working with APIs middleware or automation tools.
- Background in digital commerce ecommerce operations or technical project management.
