About the Role

You will participate in requirementanalysis applicationdesign and developmentensuring alignment with technical standards business needs and IT riskcompliance (particularly related to shadow IT remediation).

This position requires proactivity analytical thinking andadaptability to work on sensitive and cross-functional topicsin a fast-paced environment.

Main Responsibilities

Participate in requirements analysis andfeasibility studies prior to development.

Validate workload estimations and ensure projectfeasibility.

Design application solutions aligned withinformation system standards and architecture.

Develop and maintain applications using VBA and MS Accessensuring scalability maintainability and performance.

Conduct functionaltechnical and non-regression tests to validate deliverables.

Provide technicalsupport for existing applications including troubleshootingand performance optimization.

Document applications and participate in knowledge transfer acrossteams.

Contribute to continuous improvementproposing enhancements to existing systems and development practices.

Support IT risk remediation initiatives relatedto legacy or shadow IT solutions.

Mandatory Qualifications

Education:

Degree in Computer Science Information Systemsor related field (Bachelor 2/5).

Mandatory Technical Skills

- MS Access (Advanced):

* Strong experience indatabase design formcreation and maintenance.

- VBA (Advanced):

* Proven ability to build macros anddevelop new functionalities using Visual Basic for Applications.

- SQL Query Language (IntermediateSenior):

* Ability to writeefficient queries for data extraction and manipulation.

- Technical & Functional Analysis(IntermediateExpert):

* Capable of translatingbusiness needs into technical requirements.

- MS SQL Server (BeginnerIntermediate):

* Understanding of databaseprinciples and integration with Access applications.

- Workshop Facilitation & Communication:

* Experience conducting meetings and user workshopsto gather requirements and feedback.

- Language:

* French: A2B1 level(mandatory for documentation and communication with teams).

* English: Working proficiency(for internal communication and documentation).

PHP/ MySQL Experience developing or maintaining small web-basedtools.
