Role Context
As part of a NIST-aligned Cybersecurity Program this role isfocused on Identity and AccessManagement (IAM) with two main objectives:
Deploying and operating the IAM service MyAccessfor international subsidiaries in line with group strategy
Enhancing accessreview and reconciliation processes using IAM tools (MyAccess andGuardIAM)
This position plays a key role instrengthening access governance complianceand security controls across multiple entities.
Key Responsibilities
IAM Deployment &Operations
Deploy operate and maintain IAM controls across thefull user lifecycle(creation modification revocation)
Support international subsidiaries during deployment and operational useof IAM tools
Define and document IAM processes validationrules and best security practices
Create and manage provisioning and validation workflows
Support changemanagement for all impacted entities
Access Control & Reviews
Perform and supervise access rights reviews(standard privileged orphan and generic accounts)
Lead periodicreconciliations between theoretical (IAM) and effective accessrights
Identify invalidor excessive access and drive remediation actions
Automate dataextraction controls and reporting to improve IAM lifecyclegovernance
Compliance &Collaboration
Ensure IAM practices comply with security policies regulations and auditrequirements
Analyze access anomalies and follow remediationactions
Collaborate closely with IT Security Risk and Audit teams
Train local users on IAM lifecycle processes controls andbest practices

Required Skills
Technical Skills (Mandatory)
Minimum 2years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM)
Solid cybersecurityknowledge or experience
Experience with access lifecycle managementand access reviews
Ability to produce regular and ad-hoc IAM reports

Languages
